Mr. Hardeep Singh is the Chairman and Managing Director of IKIO Lighting Limited. He has an overall experience of more than two decades in the manufacturing of television kits, electronic components, and LED lighting. One of our Promoters, Hardeep Singh, has over 10 years long relationship with Signify (Philips). He has been honoured by Philips with the "Game Changer" Award for LED lighting production. He has been instrumental in establishing our LED lighting business with Signify (Philips) and expanding our business to a diversified customer base.
Mrs. Surmeet Kaur is the Whole-time Director of IKIO Lighting Limited. She is a graduate of the University of Delhi. She has been associated with the company since its inception. Under her able leadership, IKIO has built a strong base of dedicated employees and has focused on various welfare programs and initiatives for the well-being of the employees.
Mr. Sanjeet Singh is the Whole-time Director of IKIO Lighting Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He oversees the overall operations of our Company.
Mr. Kishore Kumar Sansi is the Independent Director of IKIO Lighting Limited. He holds a master’s degree in Science and a master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Delhi. He has years of experience in Public Sector Banks. Prior to joining our company, he was the Executive Director of Punjab & Sind Bank and the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Vijaya Bank and has years of experience in Public Sector Banks.
Mr. Chandra Shekhar Verma is the Independent Director of IKIO Lighting Limited. He holds a master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Rajasthan. He is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and Company Secretary. He has years of experience in the Public Sector. He has previously served as the Chairman & Managing Director of Steel Authority of India Limited and NMDC, and Chairman of SCOPE (the apex body of Central Public Sector Enterprises). He has been awarded the 'CEO of the Year 2011' by the Indian Institute of Materials Management.
Mr. Rohit Singhal is the Independent Director of IKIO Lighting Limited. He is a qualified
Chartered Accountant. He has an experience of over 12 years as a practicing Chartered
accountant.
He has work experience in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, direct & indirect
taxes, corporate finance, liquidations, merger & amalgamations.
Ms. Ishween Kaur is the Chief Marketing Officer of Royalux Lighting Private Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has been associated with the company since the last four years. She is currently responsible for the marketing activities of Royalux Lighting Private Limited.
Mr. Atul Kumar Jain has joined the company on 8th July 2024 as Sr. Vice President (F&A). He has
done B. Com (H) from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant having 27 years of
Post Qualification working experience in Finance & Accounts which includes Financial Strategy
Planning, Mergers & Demergers, Budgeting & Forecasting, Tax Planning & Fund raising etc.
Previously, he was associated with JPFL Films Private Limited, a subsidiary company of Jindal Poly
Films Limited which is listed on NSE & BSE (part of B.C. Jindal Group company) as Vice President,
Maral Overseas Limited (part of LNJ Bhilwara Group Company), Listed at BSE & NSE, as Chief
Financial Officer and Spark Minda Group as General Manager.
Apart from this, he has done post qualification course in Information Systems Audit (ISA) &
Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) from ICAI.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar Agarwal is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of IKIO Lighting Limited. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.CoM) and Business Administration (MBA). He is a qualified company secretary. He has an experience of more than 15 years. Previously, he has worked with HLS Asia Limited, Geo Enpro Petroleum Limited, and Orissa Stevedores Limited.
Mr. K.P Prakash is the Plant Head of Rotary & Fixture Division in Fine Technologies (India) Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has over 23 years of experience in the field of Production and has been associated with IKIO since 1999. He is currently responsible for assisting in the overall plant operation of Fine Technology (India) Private Limited.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Chetal is the Plant Head of LED Lighting Division of IKIO Lighting Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science. Before joining IKIO, he has worked with Microtek International Private Limited.
Mr. Rajat Behal is the Business Head of the Exports Division of Royalux Exports Private Limited. He holds a master’s in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi Open University and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Pune. He has been associated with our company for three years. He is currently responsible for overall operations of the export division of Royalux Export Private Limited.
Mr. S P Singh is the Marketing Head of the Refrigeration Lighting Division of Royalux Lighting Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since 2017. Previously, he has worked with Inko Technologies, a proprietary concern of our Promoter Hardeep Singh.
Mr. Praveen Kumar Saini is the Research and Development Head of IKIO Lighting Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication from Gautam Buddh Technical University. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of Research and Development. Earlier, he has worked with NTL Electronics India Limited, Compact Lamps Private Limited, and Dixon Technologies (India) Limited.
Dr. Rachana Chowdhary is a distinguished global communications leader renowned for her expertise
in empowering small and medium-sized businesses through strategic digital publishing and outreach.
As a recipient of the prestigious USCIS Einstein Visa (EB1A) in October 2023, she has been
recognized among the world's top 5 women entrepreneurs. Dr. Chowdhary has also received the Atlas
Lifetime Achievement Award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) for her
significant contributions to international public relations.
With over two decades of experience, Dr. Chowdhary has successfully managed over 25,000
campaigns across 21 industries, generating more than 2 billion impressions. Her career is marked by
her passion for authentic and organic business communications, as well as her ability to build and
scale global communications ecosystems.
We are an Indian manufacturer of LED lighting solutions. We are focused on sustainability and providing low-energy LED products to help India meet its sustainability goals. We are primarily an original design manufacturer and design, develop, manufacture, and supply products to customers, who then further distribute these products under their own brands. We are building an international customer base, primarily in the United States.
By utilizing our four manufacturing facilities, we serve the varying needs of customers, including residential, industrial, and commercial lighting.
